There is no charge to register for a MyNFP account. All new accounts have one month access free of charge. Please visit the features page for more information. You can provide credit card information later or we can arrange to bill you using a monthly invoice.
A new MyNFP environment will be deployed for you - it will take around 15 minutes to create. During that time you can confirm that your email address is correct by clicking on the link that will be sent to you. Then you can login into the MyNFP administration interface to manage your environment.
Passwords are never stored directly in MyNFP. To protect you, all passwords are salted and hashed using the SHA256 algorithm and only the resulting output is stored (not your password). We cannot decrypt nor tell you what your password is if you forget it.

Your MyNFP enironment will take a few minutes to create (each organisation gets a separate instance of MyNFP). You can check the status of yours by logging into the MyNFP administration portal once you have confirmed your email address.
